Summary:
The FM alien Cancer has had an incredible struggle trying to find the human who most closely relates to his wavelengths. Once he finds the security guard escorting a small child out of the Misora Hibiki concert stage, he's overjoyed, but when he fuses, he realizes that he didn't receive the guard's body, he received the child's. He's incredibly angered and upset by the revelation, but is quickly distracted from the outcome when he sees a Misora billboard and feels the love for her his host has. This sets him off on a compulsion to see her concert, and no one's getting in his way.
Subaru invites Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro to the Misora Hibiki concert when he accidentally orders four tickets, but on their way to the show, they're trapped in giant bubbles. War-Rock senses an FM alien, and soon finds Cancer in the body of a human. Cancer's overjoyed to have found the person he wants to defeat, but is confused when he realizes his body's not big enough to handle War-Rock's Denpa-Henkan. Subaru's confused by Cancer acting like a child, which upsets Cancer so much that his Tidal Wave attack flattens Rockman. The force washes the concert ticket out of Subaru's pocket, and Cancer takes it to the concert.
Once inside, his view of the stage isn't good enough, so he attacks everyone who gets in his way. Misora's startled by the commotion, and Harp recognizes Cancer as the cause. They Denpa-Henkan into Harp Note to handle things, but Cancer's still dead set on meeting Misora, so Misora comes up with an idea, and sings karaoke of her own song to distract Cancer from his attack. Cancer wants nothing to do with her at first, but is eventually swayed into finishing the song. With him busy, her Shock Note attack easily defeats him. Cancer exits the boy's body, vowing revenge.
Everyone is freed from the giant bubbles, when Rockman heads backstage and finds Harp Note taking care of the boy. She vanishes, and Misora comes on stage to announce the concert has been moved to the outdoors due to damage. During the concert, Subaru's certain that his suspicions are correct, that Harp Note's true identity is Misora Hibiki. Cancer's also sure of something, that he's officially in love with Misora-chan.
