Summary:
Libra somehow has become the star of a popular new game show, all to decipher the effects of television on humans. He notices the fan base he's collected, figuring out that the television is a powerful tool to control human emotion. His next broadcast will be nationwide, so while he prepares to be viewed by everyone in the country, the other FM aliens are jealous he's amassing so much success without them. They decide to invade his show and take his spotlight.
Misora completes a special at the same TV station, and Harp notices Libra's Denpa Energy. Harp assumes Libra has become fond of Earth just like her, and they decide to guest star on Libra's game show to see what's up. Subaru's mom also likes the show, so she sits in the audience. Subaru and Tsukasa notice that the host looks just like Mr. Ikuta, while the both of them know it's actually Libra in disguise. They watch the broadcast, and when Subaru notices his mom in the crowd, he freaks.
