Summary:
The AM sages tell War-Rock that the ability to turn life forms into Denpa energy is a power that only AM-ians have. Then, they use the last of their power to change the Star Force Battle Cards into fighting armor, and battle all by themselves against Andromeda. Together, they bring Andromeda crashing to the ground, but Gemini Spark isn't finished yet. Tsukasa kills Gemini is order to fill the Andromeda Key to its brim, and the negative energy resurrects Andromeda once more. Tsukasa then sends it on its original mission, drilling into the Earth's core and exploding. Tsukasa then takes the Wave Road back to the FM planet.
Rockman won't let him get away, and chases him out of the Earth's orbit. He catches Tsukasa, but Tsukasa throws the Andromeda Key back down to Earth, so Rockman flies after it to break it before Andromeda destroys Earth. He gets to the key in time, and War-Rock shatters it in his mouth, destroying the key and Andromeda forever. Tsukasa's distraught over this development, when Cepheus comes to Earth, and breaks Gemini's hold on Tsukasa once and for all.
On Earth, Cepheus greatly apologizes for attacking beings who meant them no harm. The FM-ians are a suspicious and paranoid race, and they'd made the mistake of destroying innocents before when Andromeda was sent to the AM planet. Thanks to Daigo and the Brother Band, Cepheus has realized his error, and offers an apology to War-Rock as well. All War-Rock wants to know is what happened to Daigo, and Cepheus grants his wish by letting Subaru talk to his father.
Daigo's proud of who Subaru's become, and Subaru wants him to come home, but Daigo can't go back with him. Daigo doesn't think the FM aliens are evil, they were simply misguided by what they themselves created. Earthlings too create war, so humans are no better. With the Brother Band, all planets may one day understand each other, and all the beings on those planets will be friends with each other. Daigo sets out to travel the universe, find every planet out there, and unite them all with the Brother Band. He wants Subaru to take care of the Earth, and his mother. Daigo leaves, Subaru a bit heartbroken, but ultimately stronger for what he's endured.
Subaru finds Tsukasa unconscious, and takes him back home. The next day, Subaru heads off to school, and passes Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro on the way. Gonta and Kizamaro keep trying to convince Luna that Subaru really is Rockman, but Luna refuses to believe what she saw. Subaru catches up to Tsukasa, and asks him about what he went through. Tsukasa can't remember anything after the truck accident, so Subaru promises to fill him with new memories, for a brand new start.
