Summary:
Legend speaks of a mysterious creature roaming the Dombra Lake in Ameroppa, which excites Gori Monjirou's curiosity. He starts excavating the lake, while a team of myth-busters, known as the Mystery Investigators appear in town to dispel the rumors of this so-called Dossy's existence.
The commotion leaks to the tabloids, which Kizamaro picks up and shows to his friends. Luna and Gonta fail to believe in the legend, but Subaru has reason to. He remembers Orihime saying something about UFOs and other unexplainable phenomena being linked to Mu Denpa life forms. After school, he Denpa-Henkans and heads up to Ameroppa to check things out.
When he arrives, Subaru notices TV cameras rolling at the lake, the Mystery Investigators beginning their report on Dossy. Gori interrupts their taping, and when the crowd utters his name, Subaru recognizes it as the same guy who tried to buy the Himanara Mountain range. Gori defends the myth of Dossy, believing it to be the real deal. He then leaves in his limousine when he's informed of his package's arrival.
Later that day, the Mystery Investigators wade in Dombra Lake looking for clues why Dossy's been seen at that very spot. Just then, Dossy appears, and the lead investigator is swallowed up by its energy. Gori is diving under them in his new grabber-armed submarine, when he's attacked. It seems Dossy is real, and he doesn't like Gori snooping around, so he pushes the sub back on to dry land. Yeti confirms Dossy is actually a Denpa life form from Mu, which allows Gori to think he can defeat it. They Denpa-Henkan into Yeti Blizzard, and attack relentlessly. Unfortunately, being near the water gives Dossy the advantage, and he easily overpowers Yeti Blizzard. He's told to stop disturbing the lake, but Gori's determined to get revenge.
Not yet through with his forceful message, Dossy causes a tidal wave to rush onto the shore, warning everyone to stay away from his lake. War-Rock's certain he's a Denpa life form, so he and Subaru Denpa-Henkan into Rockman to talk to him. He's in no mood to talk, and tells them to call him Brachio Wave, as he attacks them. After that, he vanishes into the lake once again. With the point given, Brachio Wave transforms back into the TV host.
The next day, Subaru is surprised by Misora, who is upset that he didn't call her in to help investigate. While he apologizes, Yeti has a plan to use Rockman's appearance at the lake to their advantage.
