When Subaru landed with a splash in the river Amachi was startled. He was right by the river just looking at the sky pondering when something came flying and splashed into the river. Amachi quickly got up and went to see what it was. It was Subaru, Daigo's son! He got Subaru and brought him out of the water to check his pulse and see if he was okay. Subaru was alive, but out cold. Amachi then searched for Subaru's Star Carrier to see if War-Rock could explain what had happened. Amachi grabbed the Star Carrier and there was War-Rock, hurt too.
"G-get Subaru to a hospital, I'll explain later..." War-Rock said tiredly.
Amachi and Utagai rushed Subaru to a hospital. They called Hoshikawa Akane to tell her what had happened to her son. It took Subaru one week to recover from falling out from space and into a stream of water. Akane who knew of the existence of War-Rock wanted to know what had happened. So did Amachi.
"When we last left home, we were drawn to weird Denpa Waves. They turned out to be some sort of time traveling power. The two who used them are very dangerous. They are Time Clock and Space Planet. They told us that Subaru and I am some sort of Guardians of the Universe and we are what are stopping them from taking over everything. So once they delete us they can do what they wish to do," explained War-Rock. "We've been to the past and future and other worlds as well."
Akane was silent the whole time. Utagai and Amachi seemed serious. "Maybe I can invent something to help Subaru and you," Utagai suggested.
"Hmm, that could be a good idea Utagai. Utagai do you remember that machine you made for the FM Seijen so they could do Denpa-Henkan without a host? Well maybe you can make something like that but instead one that works for the humans that were the hosts. Then they could team up with Rockman and defeat those two villains. What do you say War-Rock, Subaru?" asked Amachi
War-Rock agreed "I think that could actually work, except we'd have to teach them to fight but I guess it's worth a shot,"
"No...I don't want to put anyone else in danger..." Subaru said glumly.
Then Subaru remembered something his father would say, "You're stronger, together!" Subaru then repeated that, "You're stronger together..."
"Hey, I was just about to say that," Amachi agreed.
"Alright then, Subaru, you go gather everyone that you know would want to join Team Rockman and I'll create the machine for them all," Utagai said with a grin.
"Team Rockman?" War-Rock and Subaru questioned.
"Yeah, Team Rockman. I think that's a perfect name for your little army Subaru," his mother agreed.
"Alright, then Team Rockman it is!" Subaru said with a grin. Afterwards a month and a half passed by until the Denpa-Henkan Machine was completed.
