During the time the Denpa-Henkan Machine was being made, Subaru's job was to get volunteers. He wrote down a list of all the FM Seijen hosts that were there. His list included Utagai and Gonta. Along with Misora, but he knew since Harp was still with her, she wouldn't need to come and that she'd definitely help and join Team Rockman. Then Subaru hesitated to put down Tsukasa's name. He remembered what had happened before to Tsukasa and how he was Gemini Spark. He skipped Tsukasa with that thought. He remembered there was also the little boy who was possessed by Cancer. But then remembered since Cancer's with Misora he could just get Cancer himself. There was Ikuta and Juurou too. He was all set to go.
"Alright, War-Rock. Let's go. Denpa Henkan, Hoshikawa Subaru, ON AIR!" yelled Subaru and he turned into Rockman.
"So, why didn't you put Tsukasa's name on the list?" asked War-Rock as they speeded along the wave road. "Are you scared he might become too powerful and turn evil again?"
"No, it's not that, but it's just...I just don't think it's right for him to be in it," answered Subaru.
"Hmm, okay, lets go to Juurou and then to Ikuta," said War-Rock. Then the two sped to the manor where Juurou works at. Rockman dispersed out of Denpa-Henkan form and ended right behind Juurou.
"Uh, hey, excuse me?" called Subaru
"Huh, hey I remember you, you're the kid who lost his baseball in this garden, what can I do for you?" asked Juurou
"Do you remember that time when you were possessed by some sort of wolf? Well, I was wondering if you'd like to help a cause to save the world. Since you were a host of a FM Seijen, we have a machine that can redo the Denpa-Henkan process and make that you can control the form. That way you can help fight against these two super strong things, so would you like to join Team Rockman?" explained Subaru
"Huh? That's a big favor to ask kid. Wait, you're that guy named Rockman, aren't you? , I was wondering if you'd like to help a cause to save the world. Since you were a host of a FM Seijen, we have a machine that can redo the Denpa-Henkan process and make that you can control the form. That way you can help fight against these two super strong things, so would you like to join Team Rockman?" explained Subaru
"Huh? That's a big favor to ask kid. Wait, you're that guy named Rockman, aren't you? You helped me get away from that monster, but your asking me to use those powers? I don't want to experience that again, go elsewhere kid. I know I'm not the only one to be possessed," replied Juurou
"Oh okay then, Denpa-Henkan, Hoshikawa Subaru, ON AIR" Subaru transformed and left to go to Ikuta.
Ikuta was cleaning up his classroom and getting ready to go home, but then Subaru appeared right in his classroom.
"Oh, Subaru, you caught me by surprise there! So, what are you doing here?"
"Um, Ikuta, remember how you were taken over by some weird alien type thing? Well since you've been a host, we can use a machine to bring out those powers so you can help fight against these two things that will destroy the universe. So do you want to join Team Rockman?" asked Subaru
"Whoa, that's a big thing to ask, Subaru. I'm sorry; I can't be of any help. I've got seven children and if I put my life on the line, they'd all become orphans," Ikuta answered. "Good luck,"
The day was almost over and Subaru decided it was getting late and that maybe he'd have better luck tomorrow.
"We'll get the others to join, but for now, I'm tired and I say we get home," said War-Rock. Subaru agreed and the two went home.
