2 Days after leaving Dr. Hikari at Sci-Labs War-Rock, Rockman.EXE and Netto arrived in Amerope. Recently the Wave Ball has been causing many malfunctions such as with streetlights.
"I can see the Wave Ball from here, I'll be taking my leave, Rockman, Netto, thanks," said War-Rock sincerely as he got out of the PET and went straight for the Wave Ball. "So long year 200X!!!" War-Rock slipped into the Wave Ball just as it was disappearing and he was gone...
Subaru and Peace-Rock went through the black portal like ride silently toward their destination. Subaru and Peace-Rock could no longer hold on to Denpa-Henkan thanks to all the waves from the Wave Ball Portal disturbing it. The two then reached their destinations, Peace-Rock back to Planet AM and Subaru to the lost Space Station "Peace". Someone was there before Subaru, but he was in the shadows, barely seen.
"Subaru...?" asked the thing in the shadows. "Is that you Subaru...? I've been waiting here for a while,"
"War-Rock, is that you War-Rock?" Subaru asked excited that he was seeing his best friend once more.
"Yes it's me," War-Rock said as he came out of the shadows. He was beaten and bruised. "Time Clock and his buddy Space Planet did this two me. Those two are two very powerful Denpa Warriors. They basically rule everything, there is no one that could or would defeat them. Me and my rebellious group have tried many times to overcome the two Titans but we were no match,"
"War-Rock..." Subaru said in tears seeing his friend in such bad shape. "Why did they do this!" Subaru said past his tears and now in anger!
"I have no clue, but they said they needed to defeat you and me to rule the universe. They said we were the only ones stopping them. They said we were the Defenders of the Universe," explained War-Rock.
"Defenders of the Universe...?" Subaru said in surprise. "Dad said Earth was in my hands but now so is the universe...alright! We'll take them on. Either way this would be the only way. We'd either have to fight and win or die trying! Denpa Henkan, Hoshikawa Subaru, On Air!"
The two then took off in search of these villains that War-Rock had experience with.
