Summary:
There's a Denpa Virus disturbance at the bridge, and the Satellite Police are dispatched to handle it. It'd normally be a simple matter for them, but the team bursts out in uncontrollable laughter, and is unable to focus. Ultimately, Detective Goyoda and his men are forced to retreat.
Later that day, Subaru heads out of the school planetarium so he can meet up with Mr. Amachi at Amaken. On the way, he notices Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro acting strangely while they look for Luna's contact lenses. He's in a hurry, and a little weirded out, so he passes right by.
At Amaken, Subaru and Mr. Amachi talk about school and space and Subaru cheering up, turning into the very image of his father whenever he thinks about the stars. Suddenly they hear an explosion, and when they go to investigate, they find Mr. Amachi's employees engaged in a fit of laughter following a mistake they made that led to the explosion. Mr. Amachi goes to help them shut down, while War-Rock warns Subaru that the source of this strange behavior is thanks to an FM alien he's familiar with. Subaru dashes out of Amaken and Denpa-Henkans to deal with the problem.
Rockman soon finds Gemini Spark, the Denpa-Henkan form of Gemini with a human host. Gemini is pleased War-Rock found him, and soon engages in battle with him. After blocking Rockman's Buster blasts with a Barrier, Gemini Spark retaliates with Rocket Knuckle, a fist that follows Rockman everywhere he tries to hide. While looking for a place to dodge, Rockman crosses Goyoda's path again, and of course the detective thinks he has something to do with this crisis.
In order to outwit Gemini Spark's fists, Rockman uses a Henge no Jutsu Battle Card for a substitute target. Gemini Spark catches up to him and they lock ElecSword and WideSword, while Gemini Spark tells his opponent that he has yet to unlock the full potential of his Denpa-Henkan. Goyoda catches up and tries to arrest Rockman when he blocks Gemini Spark's path, allowing Rockman time to activate a FireBazooka Battle Card. Gemini Spark blocks all the damage with his powerful left arm, and when Rockman tries firing again, a second opponent fires a PlasmaGun at him. The shooter is a second Gemini Spark, this one colored black and with all the power in his right arm. They declare that Rockman's inferiority was only against half their power, and that together they are an unbeatable force. They prove it when they lock arms to fire Gemini Thunder, a blast so strong it leaves a crater where Rockman phases out from just in time. Goyoda assumes they're friends of Rockman just before they flee the scene.
While Subaru and War-Rock regroup, Gemini congratulates Tsukasa on his first battle with Rockman. Tsukasa thinks nothing of it and awaits his next fight.
