Summary:
While Libra adjusts to Mr. Ikuta's lifestyle, Subaru gets excited about the bottle rocket he's building. He notices Mr. Ikuta passing by the library, and greets him. Mr. Ikuta has the plastic bottles and is taking them to be recycled, when Subaru reminds him that they're for the experiment. Libra freaks and runs away from him again.
Libra checks the Transer and finds the plans for Ikuta's many experiments, when Subaru goes up to the door to spy on him. War-Rock smells an FM-ian in him, so Subaru stays glued to him until he watches fire explode from his body. He declares himself Libra, and Denpa-Henkans into Libra Balance. Subaru does the same, and quickly douses Libra Balance's flames with a WideWave Battle Card. Libra thinks quickly, and knowing that his injury doesn't let him fight at full power, he instead blows flame at the tanks in a nearby power plant. The heat from the outside builds intense pressure inside which will eventually nuke the whole place. To release the pressure, Rockman uses a TidalEdge Battle Card to slice the offshoot pipes. With that problem averted, he blasts the roof of the science building to collapse on Libra Balance, followed by a HeavyCannon Battle Card to finish him off. Libra evacuates Mr. Ikuta's body and takes off. Rockman finds Mr. Ikuta's okay, and takes off himself before the Satellite Police show up. But watching from the roof of the science building all along was Tsukasa, who claims he's ready for his turn.
The next day, Gonta, Kizamaro and Subaru all test out their bottle rockets, with Subaru's traveling the farthest. Kizamaro understands why, and Gonta quickly learns the result of inertia when mixed with gravity, by punching at the quick-dodging Kizamaro and falling to the ground.
