Japanese Title: A Denpa-like Ghost
English Title: The Roar of Anger / Wolf: The Roar of Anger (combined with episode 21)
Summary:
Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro convince Subaru to come along on a treasure hunt, they heard from Tsukasa that there's a fortune being protected by ghosts at an abandoned amusement park. They're convinced finding it will make Luna famous enough to become Student Council President, so Subaru begrudgingly comes along.
Once on the park grounds, the kids see weird stuff, and Tsukasa is soon separated from the others. War-Rock senses an FM life form, and Subaru Denpa-Henkans to battle. War-Rock soon sees the source of the haunting is Crown, military leader of the aliens on planet FM. Crown's also found a human with his wavelengths, becoming Crown Thunder, but once locking swords, War-Rock suspects it's not human at all, and tells Subaru to run.
Outside the park, Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro are cowering in fear from the ghost, but it stops attacking them after they're off the grounds. Kizamaro thinks that the ghost is earth-bound, meaning he can't leave the place where he died. When Luna wonders where Subaru and Tsukasa are, Kizamaro wonders if they found the treasure already, which makes Luna so angry she storms back into the amusement park.
Subaru asks War-Rock why he freaked out back there, and War-Rock senses that what Crown fused with had no heartbeat, no breath, nothing that matches a living human. Subaru's amazed that an FM alien could fuse with a ghost.
While War-Rock and Subaru talk, so do Crown Thunder and Gemini Spark. Gemini offers to help Crown out, but he insists on proving his own strength, and uses an ability to mount the entire amusement park on a ghost ship, and launches it into the ocean. Luna's nearly crushed by the falling ferris wheel when Rockman saves her, angry that she's still here where it's dangerous. But he doesn't have time to get her to safety when Crown Thunder challenges him to battle.
Trivia:
The English dub has two titles, in a way. The Jetstream webpage listed "The Roar of Anger," while the actual video had "Wolf: The Roar of Anger" in it. We've listed both titles here on GRN. :)
