Summary:
War-Rock contacts Amachi and leads him to where Subaru washed up. This confirms what he heard from Utagai, that Subaru really is Rockman. Amachi gets Subaru to the hospital, where his mother waits for him to wake up.
On the other side of town, Ox tries invading Detective Goyoda's body, but he can't hold the possession due to the incompatible wavelengths. He rejoins Wolf, who's also having trouble finding a new human to Denpa-Henkan with, when they both receive a strange signal summoning them.
Soon, all the earthbound FM-ians, minus Harp and Gemini, are gathered inside an abandoned warehouse filled with scientific equipment. Utagai walks in and informs them he's found a way for them to fulfill their objectives without the hassle of humans. He activates his machine, and transforms Cancer into Cancer Bubble. The device is designed to replicate the human wavelength each FM-ian first found through the trace elements left behind after they were forced out. Utagai agrees to give the rest the same gift, but only if they swear allegiance to him. The group agrees, and they're all given the power to Denpa-Henkan of their own will.
Back at the hospital, Subaru finally wakes up, and his mom goes to tell the doctor. Amachi is glad to see him back, and praises the fact he wasn't hurt worse, especially since he's been fighting the FM aliens for so long. Subaru's got no time to talk, because he needs to know what War-Rock had to do with his dad. Amachi tells him War-Rock left because of the interference from the medical equipment, so Subaru races to the roof.
War-Rock reappears, and Subaru demands to know what Utagai was talking about. War-Rock admits that he led the attack on the space station, which sets Subaru off. He can't believe War-Rock would ever come near him after doing such a thing, and tells him that their partnership is over. War-Rock's thankful Subaru showed him friendship, and promises never to show his face to Subaru again.
