Summary:
Just as quickly as they came, all FM aliens and Denpa Viruses disappear from the city streets, the only proof they were ever there being the great damage they caused. The Satellite Police check the activity of the three satellites, and everything appears normal. That doesn't sit well with Detective Goyoda at all.
Subaru awakens on board the Pegasus satellite, and is contacted by the forces that saved him. They are Pegasus Magic, Leo Kingdom, and Dragon Sky. Once, they were great warriors and sages on the planet AM, but their planet was destroyed when they were invaded by planet FM. They managed to escape to Earth, and through their guidance, the scientists built the three satellites they called home. After that, their power was able to evolve the Denpa energy surrounding Earth, responsible for the wave road and all that mankind is now able to do with the technology. They knew FM would one day invade Earth, and they wanted to be prepared.
Back on Earth, Ophiuchus Queen tells the others what it was that attacked them, the three wise men of planet AM. The FM aliens are discouraged by the discovery they're still alive, but Cancer Bubble reminds them that they are now in possession of the Andromeda Key, so there's no way they can lose.
The AM life forms tell Subaru that they were the ones who urged him to come to Earth, even though he didn't know it. Once he met Subaru, he became who he was always meant to be. War-Rock isn't like the other FM aliens, and Subaru shouldn't judge him so harshly. Subaru reminds himself of all War-Rock's done for him, and vows to save his friend's life. But time is short, Cygnus Wing has activated the Andromeda Key, and summoned Andromeda to Earth. It is currently digging to the Earth's core, and once there, it will release enough Denpa energy to blow up the planet. The lives of the three AM sages were long ones, but by saving Subaru, their energy is too low to survive any longer. They transform what's left of themselves into Battle Cards, and tell Subaru that as Rockman, he can use these Battle Cards to summon the Star Force.
Subaru is transported back to Earth, right where War-Rock's being held captive. He breaks the electric cell bars, and forgives War-Rock for his ill deed. They Denpa-Henkan into Rockman, and are ready to deal with the threat of Andromeda.
