Summary:
With the Earth in desperate need of a hero, Rockman emerges from Cygnus Wing's hideout ready for action. The other FM aliens meet him outside and begin to attack all at once. Rockman doesn't have enough power to take them all out by himself, so Subaru loads up the new Battle Cards he was given by the AM life forms, and activates Star Force!
Rockman Ice Pegasus appears before the group, and they can't believe their eyes. Ox Fire gives it his best shot, but gets crushed by Rockman's Magician's Freeze attack. Next, Wolf Forest, Ophiuchus Queen and Crown Thunder release their minions to distract Rockman, but he transforms into Green Dragon, and uses the Elemental Cyclone to blow them all away.
Cygnus Wing revels in Rockman's useless battle, imagining his joy when he watches Andromeda destroy the Earth from deep in outer space. But Gemini Spark shows up and blasts him with Gemini Thunder, knocking the Andromeda Key from his grasp. Gemini Spark picks it up and plans to use Andromeda to destroy the FM King, but Cygnus Wing won't let them destroy his master.
The battle's over for everyone when Rockman transforms into Fire Leo, and uses the Atomic Blazer to fry Libra Balance, Cancer Bubble, Gemini Spark and Cygnus Wing all at once. The blow forces the Andromeda Key from Gemini Spark's hands, and returns Utagai to normal. Rockman's out of energy, but the job is done when War-Rock crushes the Andromeda Key with his teeth, disabling Andromeda completely.
Amachi gets Utagai to safety while Subaru and War-Rock thank each other for saving the Earth. Subaru knows in his heart of hearts that War-Rock didn't kill his father, and that Daigo Hoshikawa is out in space somewhere, just waiting for a rescue.
But the game's not over yet. Tsukasa returns to the battle site and gathers what remains of the Andromeda Key.
