Summary:
The FM aliens figure that what makes humans angry isn't very different from what angers them, and stumble onto the fact that the same circumstances can make humans cry or afraid as well, so they agree on giving all humans a hard time. What they haven't figured out is how to do that. When Cancer notices Ox and Wolf missing, he contacts them to return to headquarters.
Ox and Wolf, still disguised as humans, ignore Cancer's request and decide to take matters into their own hands, simply by destroying everything around them to cause chaos. They Denpa-Henkan into Ox Fire and Wolf Forest, and begin trashing the city.
Rockman soon arrives to deal with them, but with their combined power, they're too strong for him. Rockman remedies this by using the Star Break to transform into Ice Pegasus, but Cancer has planned for this and runs Battle Cards through his computer to give Ox Fire and Wolf Forest more firepower. Ice Pegasus is forced to dodge this onslaught instead of taking them on. But one thing is still confusing the FM aliens, the symbols on Ox Fire and Wolf Forest's chests are glowing, and with every attack the glow seems to fade. Crown eventually deduces that it's some kind of Denpa Energy meter, and the more power used, the faster the energy dwindles. Ox Fire and Wolf Forest run their meters down to nothing, and transform back into their alien state. With the Satellite Police right behind Rockman, they both scramble back to base.
With another lesson well learned, the FM aliens think that the damage they caused has to be good for some negative energy to be released. But when they check the key, it's completely empty. Little do they know that what they have is not the real Andromeda Key, that's in the possession of Gemini Spark.
