Summary:
While the FM aliens argue over a proper plan to gather negative energy from the humans, Cancer takes the Andromeda Key and puts it upon himself to cause trouble. He Denpa-Henkans into Cancer Bubble and stalks the townspeople, but they assume he's nothing more than an annoying child. While he licks his wounds, Subaru and the gang walk by and Gonta gives out the notion that Harp Note is Rockman's girlfriend. Luna flips her lid, and throws her schoolbooks at Gonta, which miss and hit Cancer Bubble instead. The hit makes Cancer Bubble cry, and his tear falls into the Andromeda Key he's wearing around his neck. Kizamaro checks on him, and mentions how angry Luna gets when people talk about Rockman being with Harp Note. Cancer Bubble then gets the idea that making Luna angry gives the Andromeda Key its power.
He sneaks into school and starts angering Luna, by drawing Rockman and Harp Note in a picture together and leaving it on her desk, sending her a love letter from Rockman addressed to Harp Note, announcing a wedding between Rockman and Harp Note, then whispering the love between them into her ear while she sleeps. The next day, while he's cosplaying Rockman and Harp Note holding hands, Luna finds out he's the one behind all the love stuff, and beats him senseless.
Cancer Bubble goes back to base and nurses himself back to health with an episode of Misora Hibiki's drama. After seeing her character suffer on the show, he comes up with a brilliant plan to fill the Andromeda Key.
