Summary:
With an expertly crafted lunch ready for Rockman's stomach, Luna visits the observation tower so she can have a bird's eye view of the city, in hopes of finding trouble and seeing Rockman. Subaru feels sorry for her waiting all that time, and decides to Denpa-Henkan just to please her, when disaster actually strikes.
Cancer Bubble's on the rampage with a giant iceberg careening through the city streets. Luna races down there to find Rockman, but charges right into the path of Cancer Bubble's iceberg. Luckily, Rockman shows up just in time to save her. She tries handing Rockman the lunch she made, but he's a little busy. He uses his best Battle Cards on the massive chunk of ice, but every time he damages it, the iceberg freezes over again. Cancer Bubble applauds something called the Power Tank for this marvel, so Rockman sets to work disabling it. One good Atomic Blazer blast from Fire Leo destroys the Power Tank, and the iceberg crumbles. The pieces nearly crush Luna, but Rockman saves her just in time. With the city safe, Luna hands Rockman the lunch she worked so hard to prepare. Rockman thanks her, and tastes it. To Subaru's surprise, it's actually delicious. Luna's ecstatic, and watches Rockman eat every bite.
The next day, Luna looks up another great feast for Rockman, when the TV show she's watching tells her the new most popular girl is one who cleans. So with the permission of Subaru's mom, she invades his room and tidies it against his wishes.
