Summary:
Rockman shows up in time to save the Satellite Police from the FM aliens, and requests Detective Goyoda get the townspeople to safety while he fights. But up against the numbers, Rockman can't mount a decent offense to save himself. Harp Note drops in to lend a hand, giving Rockman time to Star Break, and he uses all three of his forms to fell the FM army. The Andromeda Key shatters, and the world is saved.
Just then, a signal comes in from the FM King himself, Cepheus, telling all the FM-ians to return to their home world. The war is over. Tsukasa is livid about this, and refuses to let Gemini obey the order. Back at Amaken, Subaru is told the space station has stopped transmitting, making everyone think it was Daigo who convinced Cepheus to declare an end to the fighting.
The FM aliens are sad to leave Earth, especially Cancer and Crown, who have tickets to Misora Hibiki's next concert. So that they have something to remember Earth by, everyone agrees to leave after the concert. Once they go their separate ways, Gemini Spark sneaks up and kills Ox, and his life energy pours into the Andromeda Key.
