Summary:
A brash businessman seeks to purchase the village of Himanara, but the village elder refuses to sell his people's birthright for any price. He's annoyed, but he seems to have another means of getting what he's after.
While Subaru and his friends test Utagai's materialization process again, Subaru gets a call from Orihime informing him of Mu people having settled in Himanara, so one of the OOPArts could have ended up there. Subaru agrees to investigate, and tells Misora about it before he leaves. She's too busy to go, so Subaru Denpa-Henkans and travels alone.
Once he gets there, Subaru realizes he'll have to transform back in order to talk to people, but out of his Denpa-Human state he's exposed to the elements. Luckily for him, the village elder and his granddaughter take him in and warm him up. The elder asks why he'd come up to Himanara without warm clothes, and Subaru responds that he was excited about seeking the ruins of ancient civilizations. This makes the elder suspect of him, but his granddaughter cools him off, telling Subaru that he's angry about their shrines having been attacked by the abominable snowman.
She takes Subaru to one of the ruined ruins, telling him she thinks a businessman by the name of Gori Monjirou has something to do with it. Just then, Subaru gets a call from Misora, wondering how things are going. He tells her nothing's really been found out, and introduces her to his guide Lana. Misora thinks she's being replaced, and decides to help after all, even though she's set to perform live on stage. Cancer Bubble gets an idea, and helps her.
On their way back to Lana's house, the abominable snowman attacks another shrine. Subaru Denpa-Henkans into Rockman and saves the Himanara citizens from him. It's Yeti Blizzard behind the attacks, and after a short battle, Yeti Blizzard vanishes.
Gori regroups with Yeti, who tells him to wait for Rockman to find the OOPArt. Then they can attack and take it from him.
