Summary:
Subaru returns to Amaken, where Amachi explains that the Sword of Berserk has somehow become part of War-Rock's genetic makeup, so extraction of the OOPArt would lead to his destruction. Fortunately, it doesn't seem that the OOPArt itself interferes with War-Rock's health in any way. But, it means that the new Denpa-Humans will continue to seek Rockman out.
Subaru finds Misora rehearsing at her outdoor concert stage, and explains everything that's happened. Misora's excited, and wants to help Subaru find the other two OOPArts, since she now has no other reason to Denpa-Henkan with Harp anymore, and could use the adventure to inspire her future songs. Cancer Bubble decides to help Subaru as well, if Misora's going to involve herself. Just then, a strange boy walks up to them, and the FM-ians identify him as trouble. He Denpa-Henkans into Bly, and War-Rock confirms what felt strange about him from before. He's able to Denpa-Henkan without the use of a Denpa life form. Bly attacks them without mercy, so Subaru and Misora Denpa-Henkan into Rockman and Harp Note to stop him. They use a variety of attacks and battle patterns, but nothing seems to faze Bly at all. A direct attack on Harp Note's guitar forces her out of her Denpa-Henkan, which gives Bly his full attention on Rockman. He somehow phases through every Battle Card Rockman throws at him, and soon knocks him completely unconscious. Bly seeks to carve the Sword of Berserk right out of War-Rock, but before he's able to, the Sword of Berserk reacts to War-Rock's anxiety, and gives Rockman a new transformation. This power seems to overwhelm even Bly, who's forced to retreat.
Later, Subaru returns to Densan University, and accepts Orihime's offer to excavate the OOPArts and protect the Earth from Mu's technology getting into the wrong hands.
