XEBEC Summary:
Yeti Blizzard and Rockman continue to fight. Due to the OOPArt effect, Denpa viruses flood throughout the city and create massive chaos. Around that time, Hyde teaches Luna, Kizamaro, Gonta, and other kids how to draw in a children's painting class. (Translation by onkeikun)
Summary:
Rockman and Yeti Blizzard begin their battle, which coincides with tons of Denpa Viruses appearing throughout the city. Detective Goyoda leads the Satellite Police into an attack pattern, all the while wanting to know what's going on. After the load lets up, he races to Amaken to find out what's going on. Amachi knows what's up, and tells Detective Goyoda that the power of the OOPArts continue to summon Denpa Viruses, and unless their power is sealed once again, the swarm won't stop.
Meanwhile, Hyde's annoyed that his painting class isn't paying attention to him. Ghost suggests they just go after the OOPArts, but Hyde refuses to leave his students in a lurch. Just then, Luna introduces Hyde to Subaru's mother, who wishes to join the class. Hyde accepts her, but cannot draw himself because he's still distracted by the OOPArts. He decides to leave, and apologizes for leaving his students early, but they don't mind because they hate his art anyway. They only came for the sweets Luna would bake.
Rockman corners Yeti Blizzard in a sporting arena, and Yeti Blizzard uses the location to his advantage, coating the entire stadium in snow, then triggering an avalanche. His attack buries Rockman, but only long enough for Rockman to transform into Thunder Berserk. One Thunder Slash later, and Yeti Blizzard is knee-deep in his own snow.
Hyde, dejected after finding out all the kids hate his art, decides to get back on the OOPArts hunt, when he overhears Luna whining about Rockman not being around to try her baking. Then he hears Gonta and Kizamaro call Subaru Rockman, and Luna once again refuses to accept that Subaru Hoshikawa is the same person as Rockman-sama. The name Hoshikawa makes Hyde suspect his newest student is related to him, and she confirms that Subaru is her son. This gives Hyde a devilish idea, and he hijacks the television airwaves to issue an ultimatum to Rockman. If he doesn't surrender the Sword of Berserk, his mother will be the one to pay for it.
