XEBEC Summary:
Hyde takes Akane hostage and demands that Subaru give him the OOPart Berserk in exchange for her. Rockman and Harp Note rush to a foreign base where Phantom Black is waiting for them. But because he uses Akane as a shield, they can't attack. (Translation by onkeikun)
Summary:
Rockman needs to save his mother from Hyde, but as he jumps into action, Yeti Blizzard grabs his leg, desperate for his OOPArt. Rockman continually tries to shake him off, but it's no use, Yeti Blizzard's grip is too strong.
Hyde pats himself on the back for his brilliant plan, but it begins to fall apart when class ends and everyone decides to go home, including Subaru's mom. Hyde stops her by pretending he wants to paint her, and after a bit of hesitation she agrees to pose as his model. Hyde's creativity is finally stimulated, and he creates another self-evaluated masterpiece, but in doing so forgets his plan and Rockman is able to defend his mom. Hyde Denpa-Henkans into Phantom Black and uses his Phantom Claw to take Subaru's mother by surprise and kidnap her. Rockman tries to chase him, but Yeti Blizzard's still clinging to his leg, until Harp Note drops in and drops him with a Pulse Song. They both then chase after Phantom Black.
The two heroes quickly catch up, but every time they attempt an attack on Phantom Black, he uses his Phantom Claw to place Subaru's mother in the line of fire. The chase takes them throughout the city, until they reach the factory by the bay, where Phantom Black takes his final stand. He grabs Rockman with his Phantom Claw, and throws him around in hopes of killing him. But with his fatal swing in motion, Yeti Blizzard severs his reach and frees Rockman. The two then race to see who can reach his OOPArt first, when Rockman's saved by Empty in the nick of time.
