In the year 220X, there exists three satellites: Pegasus, Leo, and Dragon. These three satellites are linked to Earth's Denpa waves and have become the basis of human society. But everything has a price. Every so often Denpa viruses act up. That's when the Satellite Police come in. They protect everyone from these Denpa viruses.

Our story starts off in space, inside the space station named "Peace," which was formed in order to BrotherBand with the planet FM. A BrotherBand is a bond formed when two people, or in this case two planets, want to form a friendship. The captain off the ship, Hoshikawa Daigo, discovers an overflow of direct contact with the planet FM. He goes to check out the waves with his visualizer, a device he invented that allows humans to see the Denpa world. He sees some amazing waves. As he peers deeper into the waves, he sees some thing very deadly coming right towards him. The great speed and intensity penetrating the core, which destroys the space station.

A couple years later, the son of Daigo, Hoshikawa Subaru, is out stargazing with his visualizer like he does every night. As he stares at the sky, he remembers the day he first heard about the dreadful space incident, where his father went missing. One of Daigo's co-workers, Amachi, came to visit that day. It greatly pained him, explaining what happened as Subaru's mother sat down, weeping.

After a night stargazing, Subaru's mother wakes him up in the morning. Subaru immediately asks, "What is it mother? I don't want to go to school." Actually, it turns out the food dispenser was acting strange again and his mother wanted him to fix it. There were denpa viruses in the automeal again, which Subaru was able to fix. After quickly getting rid of them with his transer and battle cards, they sat down to eat. After they finished eating, the doorbell rang. It was a girl named Shirogane Luna inviting him to come to school.

Meanwhile, on a distant planet, an FMian named War-Rock was being surrounded by other FMians trying to take back the Andromeda key. War-Rock, however, had other plans. "I'll give it to you if you can kill me," he said. Apparently, he was betraying them. The Andrometal in the Andromeda key soon activated and caused the ground to shake. All the other FMians got distracted by this incident and War-Rock quickly escaped as the planet began to explode. He felt something calling to him as he traveled towards Earth.
