Summary:
Late one night, War-Rock hears a strange song inside his Transer. Subaru awakens and asks what's the matter, but War-Rock plays it off. The next day, Subaru heads to school, annoyingly applauded by Luna and her friends. On the way there, they spot a billboard with Misora Hibiki, the biggest singing starlet around. Subaru's not interested, and continues on his way.

All through the day, War-Rock seems off, and he's totally quiet. Subaru checks on him again, but War-Rock still won't budge on his problem. Meanwhile, Kizamaro leads Luna and Gonta to the location of a secret Misora Hibiki concert in town he found out about on the web. But as everyone sits to enjoy the show, Misora's manager comes out on stage to inform the audience that she won't be performing due to exhaustion. The crowd's bought off with trading cards and a promise to be notified of the rescheduled concert date, while the manager secretly freaks out because he has no idea where Misora really is.

That night, War-Rock hears the same weird music again. He leaves his Transer and heads toward where the signal's coming from, stumbling onto another familiar FM-ian face. Her name is Harp, and she has three missions on Earth. One, retrieve the Andromeda Key; two, destroy the humans; and three, assassinate the traitor War-Rock. War-Rock disapproves of the checklist, and decides to take Harp on in combat.

Subaru awakens during the night, notices War-Rock missing, and finds the markings of a radio wave battle nearby. He sneaks out, and hurries down there to see what's up. War-Rock makes quick work of Harp, who admits herself that she was no match for him. But she dashes behind a signal tower and Denpa-Henkans into Harp Note, making her strong enough to take War-Rock down a few pegs. After playing him a couple of Shock Note attacks, Subaru arrives on the scene, and Harp Note's excited to see a new player for the game. But as she's about to attack, the Satellite Police show up, forcing her to pack up her amps and leave. Detective Goyoda is none too happy to see Subaru at the site of yet another colossal radio wave reading.

Misora's distraught manager decides to drown his sorrow in food, when he gets a call on his Transer. It's from Misora, and she's just fine, but she's currently in the middle of the ocean on a deserted island, enjoying a self-appointed vacation. She owes it all to her partner Harp, who insists she play her heart out on her guitar.
