Japanese Title: The Sudden Appearance of Harp Note!
English Title: The Song of Lyra Note (Combined with episode 12)

Summary:
After Misora trashes her private island in true rock star fashion, she calms down and explains her problems to Harp. She always wanted to make her own music, but the industry officials would only allow her to sing what they wrote for her. But Harp promises that together, they'll get Misora's true music out to the people. So, while Misora naps, Harp sets to work on that plan. Or something similar enough...

Back in the city, Luna's out shopping while the boys carry her things. Somehow Subaru got caught up in all of this, accepting an invitation Luna gave her. Everyone sees Misora on the billboards showcasing a virtual concert, when it's interrupted by Harp Note playing a lullaby, one so strong it puts virtually everyone to sleep. War-Rock smells trouble, and tells Subaru to Denpa-Henkan. Subaru agrees, and they transform into Rockman right before Luna's cloudy eyes. But before she drifts off, she convinces herself she's dreaming that Hoshikawa could really be Rockman.

Rockman finds Harp Note on top of a building, and War-Rock demands Harp go back to planet FM. Harp announces that she can't return without completing any missions, and with the population asleep, destroying the humans will be an easy task. Rockman can't let that happen, and starts the battle with a Vulcan Battle Card. Harp Note retaliates with a Shock Note attack, before disappearing into the sky. Rockman fires upward, and when Harp Note blocks the barrage, she takes a bad fall onto the rooftop. Harp's ready for seconds when Misora wakes up, wondering where she is. War-Rock reveals to Subaru that like him, Misora apparently retains her free will in Denpa-Henkan form. After Subaru quickly summates that Harp's trying to destroy the human race, Misora gets cheesed off, and the Satellite Police show up, forcing both warriors to vanish fast.

Back on the island, Misora has it out with Harp, the FM-ian apologizing for trying to destroy the humans, it was just something she was told to do by her superiors. Misora forgives her, as long as she can still use Harp's power to travel the world for her inspiration to write great music. Harp agrees to the deal, and they begin their new journey by visiting the snowy mountains, where Misora informs her manager once again that's she okay, and that she'll be back as soon as she finds her spark of inspiration.
