Summary:
Subaru sits on the playground whining about his homework when he notices smoke rings coming from nearby. He soon finds a fellow schoolmate named Tsukasa and his science teacher Michinori Ikuta working on a project for the class tomorrow. Subaru's intrigued by the concept, so he decides to visit the science building where Mr. Ikuta's working the next day. He runs into Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro there, and everyone learns a ton of fun things about science. Subaru's especially fascinated with a plastic bottle rocket, so Mr. Ikuta declares that the new project for tomorrow.
Subaru dreams about going into space in a rocket someday, then heads downstairs for some TV. Suddenly, he sees an FM-ian on the screen, and War-Rock announces that he's being called out. Subaru Denpa-Henkans and heads for the signal, where he sees Libra causing trouble. Libra offers not to harm War-Rock in exchange for the Andromeda Key, but War-Rock refuses, and Libra attacks. Rockman dodges easily, then uses a JetAttack Battle Card to deliver a quick and severe blow to Libra, which forces the enemy FM alien to retreat. Rockman gives chase, but Libra hides himself within Mr. Ikuta's body before they can catch him. When War-Rock loses the signal, Subaru transforms back, and finds Mr. Ikuta acting strangely. Libra knows nothing about his new body, so he avoids Subaru's questions and runs off. After scouring the Transer, Libra learns the background of this science teacher, and will assume his duties until the wound he suffered in battle heals.
