Summary:
As the Denpa Viruses flood Amaken, Cancer is feeding some on the Wave Road. When they suddenly get up and walk away, he wonders what's going on, and follows them. He notices them all gathered at Amaken, and when Amachi gives Rockman the order to destroy Utagai's machine to stop the Denpa Viruses, Cancer Denpa-Henkans into Cancer Bubble and takes the Rock Buster blast to save the machine. With it, Cancer Bubble can destroy the world with an overload of Denpa Viruses.
The Satellite Police jump into action to handle the influx, while Harp Note also lends a hand because Misora's private time has been disturbed. She handles the new viruses while Rockman uses the Star Break and transforms into Ice Pegasus to take down Cancer Bubble. Cancer Bubble simply summons more new viruses to distract them, until the knob breaks off and the machine shuts down. That makes it easy for Rockman to send him flying off.
The Satellite Police survey the damage, and when Utagai takes responsibility for the Denpa Virus surge, Detective Goyoda brings him in to outfit the force with a new means of protecting the city from virus attacks. Utagai takes great pride in his new role, which means Subaru's Transer still isn't fixed.
