Summary:
Libra's game show loses its audience, and is soon cancelled, putting Libra out of a job. When he considers what could have gone wrong, he continually disagrees with his own viewpoints, and it gets so serious to the point where he creates a split personality in order to cope, one reserved for each of his two elements.
The fire element is a hothead, glad his show was cancelled so he can focus on destroying the Earth, and he takes out his aggressions on a nearby refinery with a massive blaze. Rockman immediately appears to deal with the situation, but as soon as the battle begins, the water element takes over Libra Balance's body, and puts out the fire before running away.
Both sides are confused about why they can't remember how they got where they did, but research soon reveals their disassociative nature. This convinces the water element he's too sick to attack the humans at this time, and focuses on himself by writing a personal journal. He stumbles onto an ad for the Milky Way Prize, a writing competition that jokingly invites aliens to enter. Libra takes this seriously, and submits his journal for consideration.
