Toadman.EXE's Feedback
Subaru Stelar's Review

Summary:
Rockman is completely outmatched by this new Denpa-Human, who War-Rock gets a very strange vibe off of. Despite their best efforts, Subaru and War-Rock can't land a single hit on him, and this foe uses techniques they've never witnessed in Denpa-Humans before. Orihime helps Rockman out with a jamming frequency that freezes the black warrior in place, giving Rockman enough time to blast him with a Cannon Battle Card. The warrior leaves, and Orihime goes to check on Rockman. After explaining that she invented the Jamming Beam specifically to stop the evil Denpa-Humans she was telling Subaru about, she gives the name of the attacker, Bly. He too is after the OOPArts, including the Sword of Berserk that War-Rock swallowed.

After Orihime gives him a ride home, Subaru thinks about her offer, and gears up for a visit to Amaken. The next day, Subaru tells Amachi and Utagai all about his visit with Dr. Orihime, who they explain is very accomplished in the field of Denpa Wave research, and is responsible for many of science's greatest advances with them. War-Rock interrupts so he can get examined for what the Sword of Berserk might be doing to his insides. Amachi begins the diagnostic, while Utagai requests Subaru's help testing his materialization process again. Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro have also been invited, and they all play a game with materialized hammers to knock out targets. But once Utagai inserts a special target, the electromagnetic field becomes unstable, and he's forced to shut it down.

While Subaru has fun, Bly gives thought to the battle from earlier, and Amachi finds something shocking.
