Last time on Ryuusei, Subaru was surrounded by Denpa viruses. He tried attacking them with Battle Cards, which worked, but only for a short time. Then the Denpa viruses started to attack Subaru. He tried to escape them by running, but he tripped and fell. As the Denpa viruses were about to attack Subaru, War-Rock came out of the transer and deleted some of the viruses. War-Rock decided that he should help out, but he needed to use Subaru's body for a Denpa-Henkan("Wave Change"). War-Rock merged with Subaru's body to form a Denpa-Human! Now that War-Rock has merged with Subaru, they are in the Denpa world. Being merely waves, Subaru started falling through the mono rail. War-Rock brought him right back up and made him fight the viruses. Just one punch knocked out a few of them. More Denpa viruses started to come.
Meanwhile, Luna was still hanging on the side of the monorail. Just as Kizamaro and Gonta were about to save her, the monorail started to break. Luna was practically falling, barely hanging on to the monorail. It did not break all the way so she was safe for now. Subaru and War-Rock were doing good in trying to defeat the viruses. Subaru, amazed by his power, wasn't paying attention as a Denpa virus started attacking him. He jumped out of the way just in time, but jumped the wrong way towards a building. He was going to hit it! Instead, being only waves, they just went right through. The viruses followed.
Just then, the Satellite Police arrived to try to delete the viruses. The captain, Goyouda, noticed the same Denpa reading from the night War-Rock came. Subaru saw the the Satellite Police and decided to let them handle the viruses. Subaru rushed over to help Luna, who was falling down from the monorail. He changed his state in order to be able to save her. Subaru caught her just in time.
Luna, now down safely, thanked Subaru, although she did not know it was really him. Just then, the rest of the monorail started collapsing. Kizamaro and Gonta were falling down with the monorail. Subaru immediately started to try and save them. The monorail crashed down on him with a large bang and lots of smoke. When the smoke cleared, Subaru was holding the whole monorail above his head. He placed it down gently. Gonta and Kizamaro were not harmed at all. Goyouda then came to Subaru and started to ask a question about the satellite reading he saw last night. Luna immediately pushed him out of the way to ask the wave human his name. Subaru replied, "Uhh Rock...?" Goyouda, thinking Subaru said Rockman, was asking him to come to his office. Subaru pushed him aside as he saw the virus that was attacking the monorail.
He jumped up to the building and saw the gigantic virus. The monster started attacking the ground with his big ax to create a shock wave heading toward Subaru. He quickly dodged it and jumped over the monster only for it to swing its ax again. Subaru quickly dodged. "Aren't there any weapons?" he asked War-Rock.
"Just use your Battle Cards and use me as an interpreter for them," he told Subaru. He took out a Battle Card and threw it up in the air. War-Rock caught it in his mouth and Subaru's left arm turned into a weapon. Subaru attacked the monster virus with a Vulcan Gun. He damaged it and it ran away to where all the other viruses were. Subaru got out a Big Bomb Battle Card and threw it at the viruses. They all got deleted. Just in time too, as War-Rock was losing his power from being in a Denpa-Henkan for so long, so they had to turn back.
Subaru got transported back to the ground. Then came Goyouda to ask him if he saw anyone that calls himself Rockman, who quickly noticed that Subaru was the same kid from the previous night. Subaru made up a lame excuse then ran away. The detective grew even more suspicious of Subaru.
Later that night, Subaru went back to his usual stargazing spot. He still could not believe he just did all that. He thanked War-Rock for lending him his powers, but War-Rock could still not understand why Subaru would save people he doesn't even like. Subaru explained that it's normal, if you're human. "Whatever," said War-Rock, "looking forward to working with you, Rockman." Subaru quickly agreed.
