Summary:
While testing his new flying jacket, Utagai runs out of fuel, and tumbles into the tree branches below before hitting the ground. Subaru rushes down to see if he's all right, but Utagai confuses his concern with espionage, since he doesn't even know what Subaru would be doing out in the middle of the woods. Subaru's stomach growling interrupts the conversation, and when he digs out a candy bar from his pocket, he breaks off half to give to Utagai. Utagai refuses it, but Subaru shows him it's just a piece of chocolate.
Utagai understands where Subaru's coming from, but knows that trusting people is something he'll have to work through on his own. He goes to his car and drives home, when Cygnus strikes, and takes over his heart. While War-Rock tries to comprehend why Subaru would give food to someone else when he's hungry, Cygnus reminds Utagai not to trust anyone, and the two of them become one.
The next day, Subaru goes to Amaken and tells Amachi about the test flight. Amachi's so excited that Utagai got his invention to work, he rushes to Utagai's office to congratulate him. But Utagai's working with Cygnus to bring down one of the Earth's out-of-use satellites to crash right into Amaken. When Amachi shares his well wishes, Utagai is suspicious of him even knowing about the flying jacket in the first place. Amachi tells him that he's terrible at keeping secrets, which really sets him off, and he transforms into Cygnus Wing right before Amachi's very eyes.
Outside the building, Subaru's ambushed by Luna, Gonta and Kizamaro right before they hear an explosion. Flying out of a window comes Cygnus Wing, the radio signal War-Rock identifies as the FM-ian that attacked him on Earth when he and Subaru first met. Subaru has to save Utagai, and War-Rock wants revenge on Cygnus, so they Denpa-Henkan into Rockman and take Cygnus Wing on.
